"I started working at Heathfield Gardens in March 2020 as a Domestic. At that time the UK was in lockdown, and all the gentlemen were isolating. Despite the challenges, I built strong and meaningful relationships with them.
While working, I often watched the support staff and thought, “I want to make a difference too.” When a Support Worker position became available, I applied and I was thrilled to be offered the role.
